I’m Just a Bill
I never watched schoolhouse rock as a kid, I assume I was born too late. But It’s such an iconic show everyone knows at least 2 of the songs. I’m just a bill and conjunction junction are staples. I always thought it was wierd that they never discussed what exactly the bill was for that was being passed. He Sould have could have been a bill proposing anything, and with such a catchy tune, who WOULDNT pass him?

Actually, they do talk about what the bill was for, well sort of. It’s never mentioned in the lyrics, but we are led to believe that the bill is to require school buses to stop at railroad crossings.
I’m pretty sure that was already an actual law by the time this hit the airwaves. It must have been the catchy tune that got it through committee so fast.

Very Cool, I didn’t know it was in the song…
