Dora the Explorer
If there is anything I’ve learned from watching Dora the Explorer it is that the ultimate deterrant to theft is telling the robber not to steal your stuff 3 times.
I used to dislike Dora. But after watching her with my nieces I’ve actually started to like the show. While its not as trippy as Yo Gabba Gabba, nor as bored-to-tears inspiring as Max and Ruby (although I have to say that Max has more resolve than Ghandi, when he wants something he doesnt let anything get in the way). Dora has its share of surreal moments, talking trees, swiper in a banana suit, a monkey in boots… all of which make you think, what are those writers on? and where can I get some. But it also teaches kids things (sometimes).
